Using the service

Workout Spots is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country.

Your contributions

You're responsible for the spots, photos, ratings and reviews you add. Only submit content you have the right to share, and keep it accurate and respectful. By contributing, you grant us a licence to display and distribute that content within the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't post false, misleading or unsafe spot information.
• Don't upload content you don't own or that infringes others' rights.
• Don't harass other users or post offensive content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape or abuse the service.

Moderation

We may edit, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms, to protect the community. You can report problematic spots or reviews from within the app.

Safety disclaimer

Outdoor training carries risk. Spot information is community-sourced and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always assess equipment and surroundings yourself before training — you train at your own risk.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, accurate or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the changes.
