Who we are

Workout Spots ("we") runs spots.evnja.gg, a free map of outdoor training spots. You can reach us at hello@evnja.gg.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used only to send magic sign-in links.
• Profile: an optional nickname and avatar you choose, shown on spots and reviews you contribute.
• Content: spots, photos, ratings and reviews you submit.
• Usage: anonymous analytics (Google Analytics) about how the site is used — only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Technical: basic request data such as your browser type, needed to serve the site securely.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, attribute your contributions, and show spots on the map. To improve the product using aggregated, anonymous analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We rely on a few processors to operate: Supabase (database, authentication and image storage), Mapbox (the interactive map), and Google Analytics (usage statistics, opt-in). Each processes data only to provide their service.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (theme, language). Analytics cookies are optional and only set if you accept them in the banner.

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile at any time, and request deletion of your account and contributions by emailing hello@evnja.gg. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete it, we remove your personal data and anonymise contributions that remain useful to the community.
